The story…

Wiltshire Air Ambulance faced a challenge: while over 9% of its missions served Bath, only 2% of its income came from the city, largely due to a misalignment between its name and Bath’s identity. To address this, the charity embarked on a year-long rebrand, to ensure its name, tone, and visuals resonated with both Wiltshire and Bath communities.

Through extensive stakeholder engagement and creative exploration, a refreshed brand emerged that truly reflects its mission. The rebrand launched in November 2024 with events in Wiltshire and Bath, emphasizing continuity for Wiltshire supporters and a warm welcome to Bath. This transformation positions the charity to grow its support base and stand out in an ever-demanding landscape, ensuring its critical care team can continue saving lives.
